Hi! I was introduced to your organization by a friend-of-a-friend and was wondering if you might be able to help. I have an 11 year-old tabby who belonged to my parents (mostly my step-mom), but both have passed and I can not find a good home for her. I have had to keep her at the house alone because I can not bring her into my home. I am in desperate need of assistance. I have to sell their house soon due to lack of funds of being able to hold on to it, and Madeline needs a place to go. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!! I just found out about your wonderful work today via NPR and wanted to contact you!
I live in Alexandria, VA and have been involved in animal welfare and veterinary medicine for many years. As one of my animal-related side projects, I write for Examiner.com on the subject of welfare.
In doing so, my goal is to bring attention to the many groups doing great work for the animals, as well as wider topics. I am very interested in doing an article on you.
